1. Overview

This website is operated by Zenfaden Hediyelik Eşya Limited Şirketi (“Zenfaden,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Throughout the website, the terms “you” and “customer” refer to any person who visits the website or purchases a product from us.

By visiting zenfaden.store, using any part of the website, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Some products may be stored, processed, packaged, or shipped by third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. Products in the same order may therefore arrive in separate packages or at different times.

The use of third-party fulfillment partners does not remove Zenfaden’s legal responsibilities as the seller toward the customer.

5. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it or begin processing it, subject to payment authorization, product availability, fraud checks, and applicable law.

We may reject or cancel an order before shipment if:

• Payment cannot be authorized

• The product is unavailable

• Pricing or product information contains a clear error

• The order is suspected to be fraudulent

• Shipping to the destination is restricted or unavailable

• The order would violate applicable law

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected through the original payment method.

6. Prices, Taxes, and Customs

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market. Currency conversions may be approximate and may change according to exchange rates.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Risk of loss remains with Zenfaden until the product is delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

9. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellation, return, exchange, and refund requests are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Because orders may be fulfilled from different locations, customers must contact us before sending a return. The correct return address and instructions may vary by order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes the statutory right of withdrawal available to eligible consumers in Türkiye, the European Union, or other jurisdictions.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including the Zenfaden name, branding, text, graphics, designs, photographs, videos, icons, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Zenfaden and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
